Question: what is a fibroid nodule,my ultra sound shows i have one and i’m scared to death,i have been ttc 4 4yrs?
wouldn’t this affect my chances of conceiving?i need an answer asap befor i go crazy worrying

No need to be scared to death! It is not cancerous.
A fibroid is a growth say like a moleand this can be inside or outside of your uterus. If its anywhere in the outer wall of the uterus, than nothing to worry as you will only have urge and need to pass urine frequently.
But if the fibroid is anywhere inside the uterus than you should see a gynaecologist and get it treated.
There are injections that dissolve small fibroids. Big fibroids , if causing lots of bleeding and for long period of time may need to be removed surgically.
Incase you are not wanting kids then you can get your uterus removed.But ofcourse I would say that to be the last option…Doctor only knows the best treatment.
