Question: No period, no pregnancy, one big cyst, fibroid and liquid in my pelvis?
I havent had my period this month and I am so not pregnant. I just got a sonogram because I have felt this uncomfy heavy pain on my bottom stomach, its like its putting pressure on everything. Well it turns out to be that I have one cyst, fibroid I guess in my uterus and liquid in my pelvis or in my uterus I dont quite remember. I have to follow up with a gynocologyst but does this sound normal to you? Why isnt my period coming and what the heck is liquid in my pelvis or uterus? Is the heavy pain because of my cyst?

Your period isn’t coming because of what is happening in your reproductive system. I personally have know experience with this type of problem, mine was ovarian cysts, but while figuring out what was going on with me I did a lot of research, I am not sure what the fluid will be, but fibroids can be very troublesome, you may have endometriosis as well as fibroids. If you want children, you are going to have to get this treated and under control, spend lots of time with your gyne to figure the best options for you.
All that fluid is why you are bloated.
