Question: I have fibroids and PCOS. How hard is it to get pregnant?
I am especially looking to hear from women who are in the same boat as me.

Not sure what PCOS means and how big yr fibroid growth is.
I had fibroid surgery in 2003 and was advised not to get pregnant in the next 6 months after surgery to be safe. Got pregnant after 10 months. Don’t proceed with getting pregnant if you have fibroid cos the growth will grow even quicker feeding on the massive hormone overload during pregnancy. It will also cause the foetus to have to share the already tight space with a massive growth.
Get the growth out if it is still small.
