Hey, I had cysts. Before my op i used to get severe leg pains that left me signs of arthritis or diabetes. But after my op I have no pain in my legs at all. I asked my doc and told me that the cysts could have been affecting the nerves in my legs causing pain. So I think yes. They can cause pain in the legs.
